Talent Pool - Construction Director - PMC

Hill International is seeking a results-driven and experienced Construction Director to lead all on-site construction management activities on a major project under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Masters degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 10 years in senior construction management roles.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure or building projects, preferably under PMC in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of international standards (FIDIC, ISO), regional construction regulations, and best practices.
• Experience managing multiple contractors, fast-track programs, and complex logistics.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Decisive, analytical, and able to resolve complex construction challenges.
• Proficient in construction planning, project controls, and documentation review.
• High-level HSE and quality awareness.
