Talent Pool - Project Manager - PMC

Hill International is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of high-value infrastructure and construction projects under a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) model.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (Masters preferred)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a PMC or consultancy role
• Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, building, or mixed-use development projects
• Strong knowledge of project controls, contracts, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
• Experience in Middle East projects is highly desirable
