Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to streamline our procurement processes and support buyers.

Requirements

• Monitor and maintain accurate reports of all open purchase orders to track order status and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Confirm and acknowledge purchase orders with suppliers promptly to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Identify, report, and follow up on delayed purchase orders to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Manage and verify the receipt of dropship shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm lead times and update procurement schedules accordingly.
