Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor provides expert assessment and delivery of quality mental health care to youth and family in community, home, school, or residential settings. This role involves supervision, consultation, training, development, and implementation of effective treatment plans, as well as collaboration with internal and external supports. The supervisor ensures compliance with funding guidelines and maintains accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in relevant field
- 5+ years clinical experience post-Master's degree
- Active NYS license (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LCAT)
- CPR certification or obtained within 60 days
- Up to 2.5 hours of weekly walking
- Knowledge of legal and social rights for children, youth, and parents
