Job Description
The Manager School Based Services is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the behavior management program within the school. The Manager provides supervision and support to the teaching assistants and makes recommendations for student behavior plans.
Requirements
- Manage the day to day operations of the school
- Work with student population to diagnose and assess academic and behavioral learning
- Implement and progress-monitor student Behavior Plans
- Provide supervision and support to teaching assistants
- Communicate with families on a regular basis to share student progress and address concerns
