Job Description
The Youth Advocate II position for Hillside Work Scholarship Connection focuses on providing support and mentoring to youth participants in the HWSC program. This role involves assisting students in achieving high school graduation, developing life skills, and completing employment experience. The position requires building strong relationships with school administrators and teachers, conducting data entry, providing referrals to community resources, and ensuring service fidelity. The role involves some scheduling and weekend work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of relevant experience (2 years associated degree/Bachelor's)
- Knowledge of and ability to apply services from the school site and community resources
- Proficiency with internet, ETO, Parent Connect, Microsoft Office
