Job Description
Hillside is seeking a Youth Care Professional III to deliver relationship-based, competence-centered, and trauma-informed solutions to youth and families. This role involves mentoring, training, and performing shift charge responsibilities, focusing on building relationships, developing treatment plans, and maintaining a safe environment. The position emphasizes independence, problem-solving, and adherence to agency and regulatory policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 18 months’ work experience in residential care environment
- CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire
- Valid NYS driver’s license
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities in Communication, Personal Excellence, Cultural Competence and Behavioral Competence
