Job Description
Hillstone is seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Manager to join their team. This role involves maintaining culinary excellence, leading a team, and ensuring a smooth kitchen operation, offering 8 weeks of rotational training. The position focuses on quality, cost control, and a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
