Job Description
PrimeLending is seeking an Associate Loan Originator to support the Lead/Primary Loan Originator and perform a variety of operational tasks within the team. The role involves promoting the company's products, establishing client relationships with realtors and developers, and managing loan volume. This position is a partner to the loan originator for the remainder of the day and in the event of an emergency.
Requirements
- Markets and promotes PrimeLending’s financial products.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and new home sales representatives.
- Handles loan volume, obtaining working knowledge of Company products and guidelines.
- Collects and analyzes customer information, schedules appointments, and communicates loan status.
- Negotiates loan terms and conditions.
