Job Description
PlainsCapital Bank is seeking a Merchant Services Officer to develop new business, expand existing relationships, and service merchants in the area of credit card processing. The role involves sales, analysis, and compliance, with a focus on providing merchant onboarding and training.
Requirements
- Generates sales calls and leads with prospective merchants.
- Analyzes existing merchant statements and provides client direction.
- Prepares and presents proposals to merchants.
- Maintains detailed records and reports.
- Maintains knowledge of merchant services compliance and risk issues.
- Answers merchant inquiries and provides support.
