Merchant Services Representative

PlainsCapital Bank is seeking a Merchant Services Representative to develop new merchant services business, expand existing bank business relationships, and service existing customers primarily in the area of merchant services.

Requirements

• Generates sales calls and leads with prospective and existing merchants
• Communicates in a clear and succinct manner using multiple platforms
• Develops and maintains proficiency in the changing environment of payment processing
• Analyzes merchant statements to determine pricing options and provide client direction
• Maintains detailed records, reports, and logs pertaining to merchant referrals
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required
