Job Description
The SBA Underwriter at PlainsCapital Bank is responsible for underwriting SBA 7a and 504 originations, modifications, and servicing. This role involves portfolio monitoring, loan review, and ensuring compliance with bank standards. The underwriter also supports the SBA Loan Closers and Loan Servicing team and works closely with SBA Credit Officers and Directors.
Requirements
- Underwrite SBA 7a and 504 loan requests.
- Prepare cash flow, spreads, and financial analysis.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of prospective borrowers.
- Review and draft loan documentation.
