Job Description
PlainsCapital Bank is seeking a Senior Teller/Customer Service Representative to process financial transactions, assist customers, and provide account maintenance. This role involves handling checks, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account maintenance, as well as providing customer support. Responsibilities include opening new accounts, issuing debit cards, and assisting with teller reports.
Requirements
- Processes a variety of transactions, including cashing checks, receiving deposits, distributing withdrawals, processing transfers, accepting loan payments and preparing change orders.
- Assists tellers with escalated and complex transactions.
- Performs vault duties, including ordering and verifying coin and currency.
- Responds to routine inquiries regarding bank products and services.
