Job Description
The Senior Teller/Customer Service Representative processes financial transactions, provides excellent customer service, and assists customers with opening accounts and other account-related duties.
Requirements
- Provides excellent customer service
- Processes a variety of transactions
- Assists tellers with escalated and complex transactions
- Performs vault duties
- Responds to routine inquiries regarding bank products and services
- Offers notary service
- May assist branch management and/or lead teller with teller reports
- Performs branch opening and closing duties
- Open new accounts and cross sells bank products and services
- Inputs customer information and prepares required documentation to open new accounts
- Performs general maintenance on customer accounts and provides customer service
