Construction Superintendent

The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through ground-up delivery, while also supporting property management and tenant improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Property Management, and Tenants
• Serve as the Hillwood onsite Safety Lead/ Coordinator
• Perform pre-construction duties
• Coordinate all construction services and activities
• Oversee Quality Assurance Program
• Monitor and manage punch lists
