Customer Service Representative

Alliance Aviation Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The CSR will provide world-class customer service, perform administrative and operational duties, and create memorable aviation experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or luxury service environments
• Exposure to aviation operations or prior experience within a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) preferred
