Property Manager (Industrial)

Hillwood Investment Properties is seeking a Property Manager to join our growing national industrial property management team based in Dallas, TX. This individual will provide centralized oversight of a regional portfolio of industrial properties, with a strong focus on day-to-day operations and tenant service.

Requirements

• Operations: Respond to all tenant inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Administration: Coordinate with third party management teams on buildings.
• Accounting: Review monthly accounts receivable (A/R) reports and manage collections.
• Acquisitions/Dispositions: Team support in acquisition/disposition related activities, including: Due Diligence, Building Inspections, Tenant Interviews, Lease Review
