Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Assistant Level 2 (PCA2) - Assisted Living

Hilton East Assisted Living Facility is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Assistant 2 (PCA2) to assist residents with daily activities and ensure medication administration in accordance with New York State regulations. This role combines clinical support with hands-on care and focuses on providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Home Health Aide (HHA) Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification in New York State
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Prior experience in an assisted living, nursing home, or home care setting preferred
