Commercial Manager

The Commercial Manager is responsible for the overall strategic management of the hotel, establishing effective working relationships with senior team members, and providing support and advice to the General Manager in strategic planning and business goals. The role involves managing sales, revenue, marketing, and human resources, as well as developing marketing strategies and promoting the hotel's brand and image.

Requirements

• University graduate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity with an international chain hotel
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese language
• Knowledgeable of market trends and behaviours, including political, economic and social issues
• Good communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Able to lead, provide guidance, and develop team members
