Job Description
The Food & Beverage Sales Manager handles the business of each Food & Beverage outlets in house. He / she implements all sales activities and maximizes business opportunities in his / her specific area of responsibility, under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage / Food & Beverage Manager and in coordination with the Director of Operations.
Requirements
- College or related degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
- Proficient in English to meet business needs
- Familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer / data processing system
