Food and Beverage Attendant

Hilton Lake Taupo Hotel seeks a Food and Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences in restaurants, bars, and banquets facilities, and to fulfill room service requests.

• Prepared to manage a variety of customer types, inquiries, and complaints
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Previous experience in a fine dining environment
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and drink preparation
• Barista certification is advantageous
• Previous food hygiene experience
• Experience with electronic ordering systems (POS)
• Allergen awareness training is advantageous
• Awareness of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is advantageous
