Job Description
As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel, and perform tasks such as allocating work duties, performing routine inspections, and managing team members.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
- Successful track record of managing a team
- Strong organizational and analytic skills
- Attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Proficiency in computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
