Job Description
DoubleTree by Hilton Hobart is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and Team Member lifecycle processes, as well as champion the hotel's workplace culture and deliver best-in-class HR support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR or people-focused admin role
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems (training provided)
- An understanding of workplace confidentiality and ethical standards
- Flexibility and a team-first attitude
