Human Resources Trainee

A Human Resources Trainee will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of the department’s activities and projects, including coordinating projects and activities, maintaining communication with departments, and assisting team members with requests.

Requirements

• Coordinate projects and activities with the department
• Maintain communication with relevant departments
• Assist team members with their requests
• Draft informational emails on behalf of the department
• Keep each department’s filing system up to date
• Assist with team member recognition activities
• Assist in coordinating company events
• Support team members in training activities
• Attend meetings
• Maintain a good working relationship with other departments and employees
• Keep the work area clean and organized
