Learning & Development manager

A Training Manager will act as a change catalyst for cultural and organizational transformation through the development of function excellence among Team Members. The Training Manager will support learning and development initiatives through Hilton's comprehensive training framework, and perform tasks such as inducting, coaching, and mentoring new Team Members, and monitoring and conducting learning and development reviews with each department.
