Marketing Manager responsible for overall advertising and public relations for the resort, overseeing marketing planning and execution strategies to maximize exposure, achieve budget, increase revenues, and grow market share.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Hospitality/Resort Management
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in resorts, hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle brands
- Strong experience in digital marketing, analytics, social media campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, website management, CRM tools, and AI marketing tools
- Experience with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing tools
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, develop campaigns, and measure ROI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
- Fluency in English is required; Portuguese and Spanish are strongly preferred
