Job Description
The Waldorf Hilton London is seeking a Pastry Junior Sous Chef to lead the pastry team and deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie and a strong team leadership style.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie
- NVQ Level 2/3
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on own or in teams
