Job Description
The Waldorf Astoria Admiralty Arch London is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for Café Boulud, a new luxury hotel opening later this year. The successful candidate will lead all restaurant and bar operations, ensuring a world-class dining experience grounded in luxury and Forbes Five-Star standards.
Requirements
- Manage all Café Boulud dining and bar operations.
- Exceed guest expectations by providing world-class personalised service and unique guest experiences.
- Recruit, manage, mentor, empower, train and develop the restaurant’s Food and Beverage team.
- Advance team capability through cross-training and tailored development plans.
