We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor / Banquet Captain to lead our food service team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Requirements
- Supervise restaurant staff during shifts, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards in food presentation, customer interaction, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate banquet setups, manage event timelines, and oversee catering operations to deliver flawless event execution.
- Train new team members on food handling, POS systems, and customer service protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies; implement control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock management.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and POS operations, ensuring financial integrity at all times.
- Enforce food safety standards in compliance with health regulations; oversee proper food preparation, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Assist with shift management by scheduling staff efficiently, resolving customer concerns promptly, and maintaining a positive team environment.
