As a Masseur, you will be responsible for providing professional treatments and services to guests, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Attending Hilton Trainings and monthly departmental meetings as required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the department
- Reporting any maintenance issues to Front Office Manager
- Assisting in all areas of operations as requested by Front Office Manager
- Providing efficient guest service from point of arrival to check out
- Accurately scheduling and processing massage reservations and billing
- Maintaining the quality of service and appearance of locker areas and restrooms
- Assisting guests and providing personal training sessions
- Maintaining the Fitness center and audio-visual equipment
