Job Description
Hims & Hers is seeking an Area Manager (Nights) to assist the Operations Manager with organizing and directing warehouse operations, responsible for order processing, fulfillment, and ensuring efficient utilization of warehouse resources and optimizing fulfillment flow.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- 4-6 years of previous leadership and supervisory experience
- Proactive and motivational customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
