Lead Data Analyst, Operations, Quality

As a Lead Data Analyst for Operations Analytics with a dedicated focus on Quality, you will play a critical role in supporting the Quality organization and ensuring compliance within Board of Pharmacy and FDA-regulated pharmacy operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, or a related field
• Experience working with Quality functions in a pharmacy or FDA-regulated environment
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation for analysis and reporting
• Hands-on experience with modern analytics tools and technologies, including Looker, Google BigQuery, Databricks, and dbt
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and regulatory reporting needs
• Ability to logically connect data, system logic, and regulatory requirements to business processes
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis methodologies and their application to quality and operational datasets
• Proven ability to work with complex datasets, including quality/compliance data, and translate them into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical analysis and regulatory/quality needs
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Pharmacy, or a related field
