Enrollment Specialist - Tier 1

The Enrollment Specialist will facilitate and execute the student enrollment process with high levels of accuracy and customer service. The Enrollment Specialist is a part of the college-wide comprehensive enrollment center and provides holistic service and support to assist students with all enrollment needs for the purpose of eliminating enrollment barriers, building positive relationships, and promoting student success.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in the following areas is strongly preferred but not required: two or more years in higher education or student services.
• The Enrollment Specialist must deliver outstanding and unwavering customer service to prospective and current students and all internal and external constituents.
• The Enrollment Specialist must have advanced oral and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate in person, on the phone, by email, and virtually.
• The Enrollment Specialist must have advanced computer skills and have the ability to learn quickly.
