Job Description
Hines is seeking a Manager of Property and Development Accounting - Mixed Use in Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Dallas. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, review and approval of lease administration, and assisting with tax preparation. The position involves collaboration with various Hines departments and providing oversight to senior accountants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
- CPA designation (or intention to work toward CPA designation) is preferred.
- Five or more years of professional accounting experience.
- Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred.
- Public accounting experience is strongly preferred.
- Supervisory experience required.
