Job Description
Hines is seeking a highly motivated Operations Representative to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves assisting with trade acceptance, managing inquiries, and supporting the sales efforts for Hines' Private Wealth services. The position emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of service experience with company-like operations processes
- Series 7 and 63 licenses after 12 months of employment
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
