Job Description
Hines is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee and evolve compensation operations across Europe and the Middle East. The role focuses on ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll delivery while enhancing employee experience through thoughtful benefits administration. It involves auditing outsourced operations, managing a portfolio of countries, and aligning benefits with local market practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
- Experience managing payroll & benefits operations, preferably in a real estate/investment environment
- Understanding of international employment law and tax regulations
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approach
