Financial Analyst

Hillwood Investment Properties is seeking an Analyst to join their team of real estate professionals. The successful candidate will be actively involved in the analysis, execution, and management of new and existing business, primarily focused on the industrial real estate sector in North America.

Requirements

• Preparation of sophisticated financial models and underwriting of real estate development, leasing, joint ventures, and capital structures
• Development and acquisition due diligence
• Analysis of complex partnership structures
• Analysis of potential tenant financials
• Underwrite potential leases for approval
• Preparation of internal and external investment memoranda related to new and existing business
• Legal review and strategy in connection with new and existing business
• Communication with senior management regarding ongoing project status, variance reporting, and performance metrics
