Learning and Development Partner

Hippo is seeking a Learning and Development Partner to design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, primarily in the Sales area.

Requirements

• Knowledge of and practical application of Adult Learning Theory and instructional design principles
• Minimum three years of training or sales experience
• Excellent communication, oral, and written skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
