Manager, Insurance Analytics

We are seeking an insurance analytics manager who will lead a team in building an analytics and reporting framework that enables data-driven decisions and drives the insurance organization forward.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or degree in quantitative field
• 7+ years of experience in personal lines insurance data and analytics domains
• Proven experience leading teams, with 3-5 yrs of direct people management responsibility
• Familiarity with insurance data across multiple domains – actuarial, UW, claims, etc.
• Skilled in writing, directing, and reviewing code in SQL and Python
