Job Description
Hippocratic AI is seeking a Solutions Architect with a focus on Payor Integrations to drive successful product integrations with payor organizations, providers, and digital health companies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in healthcare implementation or product management, including experience with enterprise EHRs and healthcare data and interoperability standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare implementation or product management.
- 5+ years of experience integrating with enterprise EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc.).
- Familiarity with healthcare data and interoperability standards (such as FHIR, HL7v2, etc.).
- Experience in hospital operations (ambulatory or home health) and/or population health systems is highly valuable.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and deliver exemplary product support, especially in payor contexts (e.g., claims management, coverage, member engagement).
- Demonstrated proficiency in translating external stakeholder needs into internal product requirements.
