Job Description
We are seeking an interim Business Director/Change Leader for Region Östergötland. The position includes comprehensive responsibility for operations, employees, and economy within the business area. The organization consists of four units, with a total of approximately 80 employees.
Requirements
- Competence level 5 (expert/guru knowledge)
- Approximately 9-12 years of experience of large projects with high quality
- Extensive experience of leading positions
- Very high degree of independence
- Relevant academic education in IT/technology
- Documented experience of leadership in IT infrastructure/platform services
- Basic technical understanding
- Good understanding of strategic development/business management/economy
- Ability to drive change work/create engagement
- Good communicative ability/customer dialogue
- Proficient in Swedish on C1 level in speech, writing, and understanding
- Swedish citizen
