Customer Success Specialist

This Customer Success Specialist role focuses on providing excellent support to parents and caregivers, improving their gut health. The position is part of a mission-driven team working within a growing health and wellness startup. They'll handle customer inquiries, manage subscriptions, and provide solutions based on empathy and brand values.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, support operations, or community management (DTC or health brand experience a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple inquiries
• Empathy and patience when interacting with parents and caregivers
• Experience with tools like Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or Intercom
