We’re looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant who can handle more than just scheduling and admin. You’ll work directly with the founder to support outreach, research, and operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or BD Support role
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research and outreach
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and Excel/Sheets
- Ability to handle fast-changing priorities and work directly with leadership
- Driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a startup setting
