We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage timelines, resources, and communication across multiple design projects. The role involves coordinating with creative teams, clients, and account managers to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Plan, track, and manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Create and maintain project schedules
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external contractors
• Communicate with clients and internal teams
• Identify risks and resolve roadblocks
• Maintain project documentation
