Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience
- Proven track record selling services to business decision-makers
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and sales automation tools
- Strong phone communication skills and comfort with cold calling
- Strategic mindset
- Excellent English communication skills
- Self-starter mentality
- 2-3 examples of successful B2B lead generation campaigns or sales results
