Job Description
As the founding Product Designer, you will work closely with various teams to create simple and elegant experiences for B2B customers and consumers. You will be involved in all stages of development and create a unified experience for users.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional user experience and product design experience
- Creative portfolio of previous design work
- Commitment to learning and caring deeply about the industry, business, client and consumer experiences, and government regulations
- Autonomy in moving projects forward independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Figma)
- Experience designing at Fintech, Proptech, and/or early-stage startups (preferred)
