Hireframe is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process financial transactions for an organization, covering tasks like bookkeeping, inventory management, reporting, and tax record preparation. The role is fully remote, working from home permanently and during U.S. business hours and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual comfortable with rapid change.
Requirements
- 3+ years of finance or accounting experience in B2B Accounts
- Previous experience building and managing external and internal stakeholder relationships
- Strong attention to detail, professional communication, and strong follow-through skills
- BA/BS required; undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, pivot tables, V-lookups, and formulas
- Experience with Netsuite, Tesorio, Trovata, and Stripe is a plus
