Hireframe is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to manage billing and customer collections. This role focuses on accurate invoice delivery, prompt follow-up with customers, and maintaining a smooth collection cycle. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and comfortable with both internal and customer interactions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or collections (preferably in a SaaS or service-based company)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience using accounting/invoicing systems
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
