Associate Project Manager

Hireframe is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join their dynamic team working for a leading market research cloud platform in the United States. The role involves managing online surveys, focus groups, and interviews, along with coordinating projects, resource allocation, and vendor management. This is a fully remote position operating during US Pacific Time business hours.

Requirements

• Prior experience in project management, ideally within the market research industry.
• Familiarity with research methodologies and techniques such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Technical aptitude and experience with survey tools such as Alchemer or Qualtrics (preferred but not required).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience managing RFQ (Request for Quotation) communications with external vendors.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
