Billing Analyst/Senior

The Billing Analyst/Senior will manage and execute the billing process, including invoice generation, data reconciliation, account reconciliation, and report preparation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with extensive billing experience and collaboration skills, requiring a US-based position working from home for 24 hours a day during business hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in billing, finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in billing software and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
